Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability.
Do you offer airport transfer services?
We do not provide private transfers, but you can easily book a taxi at the Juliana arrivals taxi line.
Are pets allowed at the residence?
Pets are not allowed on the property. This policy keeps the comfort and safety of all our guests.
Is there Wi-Fi throughout the suites?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all suites. You receive your login details at check-in.
What activities are available nearby?
Beach sports, day charters, windsurf, kayak and kitesurf, plus hiking, spa treatments, yoga sessions and cultural experiences. Our pressbook, map and tourism guides help you plan the perfect itinerary.
Is luggage storage available for early or late flights?
Yes, we offer free luggage storage just steps from your apartment.
Do you offer honeymoon or anniversary packages?
Absolutely. We arrange romantic packages for honeymoons, anniversaries and special occasions: room decoration, flower arrangements, private dinners, spa treatments and more. Just ask our reservation team when booking.
Are the suites child-friendly?
Our suites are designed for two adults. We can make an exception on request for an additional adult or child, subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
It depends on the rate or package selected. Typically, bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. Non-refundable rates may apply full charges. Please refer to the specific terms when booking.
Is there a spa?
There is no on-site spa, but we share our trusted partner for full-service treatments: massages, facials, body scrubs and traditional therapies.
Are there dining and grocery options on-site?
Yes. A restaurant, pizzeria and bar are open 7/7, alongside a small grocery offering fresh French bread and croissants every morning.
Do the suites have an ocean and beach view?
Yes. All our beachfront suites sit on the first row with panoramic, guaranteed non-obstructed ocean and beach views.
